💰 Salary
- Scale of Pay (JMG/S-I): ₹48,480 – 2000 (7 years) – ₹62,480 – 2340 (2 years) – ₹67,160 – 2680 (7 years) – ₹85,920 + DA, HRA, Special Allowances & other perks as per Bank guidelines.

📍 Posting & Service Conditions
- Location of Posting: Candidates will be posted within the state for which they apply for the first 12 years or until promoted to SMGS-IV Grade, whichever is earlier. Thereafter, they can be posted anywhere in India at the bank's discretion.
- Advance Increment: One advance increment for 1 year or more experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial or Regional Rural Bank (as listed in Second Schedule of RBI).
- Credit History: Minimum CIBIL score of 680 required. Applicants with default/negative credit reports are not eligible.
- Probation Period: 12 months from the date of joining.
- Service Bond: 3 years mandatory service or ₹5 lakh bond plus applicable taxes if leaving before 3 years.
🎓 Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory. Candidates must also possess minimum 1 year of experience in any Scheduled Commercial Bank / RRB.
